Zephyr is excited to kick off their Roast Dinner Series starting January 18th!
Over the last year, the team at Zephyr have been quietly staking a claim as the place in Squamish for unpretentious, authentic, and truly delicious food. Off the back of thier hugely successful Summer BBQ and Sip & Savour food series, they're very excited to share another season of unique and delicious dining events at the BAG — Sunday Après Series: Roast Dinners at the BAG
The menu takes inspiration from the gastropubs of the United Kingdom, where quality ingredients, traditional methods, and attention to detail are the name of the game. Whether you’re looking to spend quality time with family or friends, warm your bones after a day shredding the slopes, or simply yearning for that perfect Yorkshire pudding smothered in homemade gravy, they've got you covered.
