Get Involved
Squamish’s trails, parks, and outdoor spaces are cared for by local non-profit organizations and volunteers. Trail maintenance, safety work, and environmental care happen year-round and are largely supported through donations, grants, and volunteer time.
If you’ve enjoyed exploring Squamish, there are many ways to help give back.
Support the Trails
Many of the trails you’re enjoying today are built and maintained by local volunteers. Donations help fund trail maintenance, safety improvements, and long-term stewardship, ensuring these places remain safe, accessible, and enjoyable for years to come.
Trail maintenance in Squamish is led by the Squamish Off-Road Cycling Association, working in partnership with land managers and the community.
