Squamish's 6 Best Mother's Day Brunch Spots

Mother’s Day is synonymous with family brunch, and (trust us) brunch in a destination as striking as Squamish is destined to top the charts. If you haven’t already chosen your spot, check out these menus and reserve your table!

The Crabapple Cafe

What: Fresh ingredients and healthy food add up to a guilt-free brunch experience. Mother’s Day Mimosas and Caesars on special until 3 pm.
When: 8 am - 3 pm
After You Eat: Take a walk along the Squamish River and explore Brackendale Eagles Provincial Park. The park’s dyke is stroller-accessible making this the perfect post-breakfast stroll for new and seasoned Moms alike.

Howe Sound Brewing

What: A buffet brunch in the Firebread restaurant complete with a build-your-own crepe and omelette station. 
When:  Reservations recommended.
After You Eat: Head to Newport beach to walk the 2 km Oceanfront Interpretive Trail, or kick your shoes off and enjoy a relaxing stroll on the beach to soak up some vitamin D.

When: 10 am - 2 pm
After You Eat: Move on to the sunny patio and soak up the panoramic views of the Tantalus Range.

What: Choose from smoked salmon bennies, Belgian waffles or any other favourite from this gastro-pub’s regular brunch menu for just $10.
When: 9 am - 2 pm
After You Eat: Detour to nearby Rose Park for a family photo opp and walk through the beautiful floral gardens. Enter off the highway at Cleveland Avenue and Loggers Lane.

The Salted Vine

What: Squamish’s hottest new Sunday brunch destination. Featuring a gourmet brunch selection including orange ricotta pancakes, chorizo frittata and it’s very own early morning beverage and dessert selection.
When: 10 am - 2 pm, reservations recommended
After You Eat: Wonder around colourful downtown Squamish; walk the Cleveland Avenue rainbow crosswalk and snap a photo with Mom at Squamish’s Instagram-friendly “This Beautiful Day” sign.

Squamish Valley Golf Clubhouse

What: A breakfast menu fully loaded with all the classics in one of the most picturesque locations in all of Squamish. Moms get a free glass of champagne.
When: 9 and 11 am seatings, reservations required
After You Eat: Take the family out to the driving range for some practice swings and lovely Squamish views.
