Relaxing Getaway Itinerary

Day 1
Once you arrive in Squamish, saddle up to the lunch counter at Peak Provisions for a bite, then visit the Squamish Estuary on foot or on two wheels to see some of Squamish’s finest views. Explore the area and listen to the birds while trying to spot the Stawamus Chief, Shannon Falls, and Mount Garibaldi. The BC Bird Trail has information about bird identification and trails if you'd like to discover more about our local birds. Feel like going a little faster? You can also bike the trails on your own, or seek guidance from a local operator that can show you the way. Finish up your day with a meal at Saha Eatery, offering light Lebanese fushion fare that will feed your spirit AND your stomach.
During this relaxing getaway, we recommend spending the night in a suite at Executive Suites Hotel & Resort or Sunwolf Riverside Resort, each featuring peaceful views and n.ature in their immediate surrounds.
Day 2
Begin the day with a hearty brunch at Fergie's Cafe. Located in the Squamish Valley, this restaurant sits snugly in the woods next to the river, a quaint and relaxing spot to enjoy a meal. Head out for a day shopping in downtown Squamish, exploring the many fun and eclectic shops on Cleveland Avenue. Be sure to stop in and unwind with a delicious cup of coffee from Sunflower Bakery & Cafe. For dinner, call ahead and make a reservation to sample the cuisine at The Salted Vine Kitchen + Bar. Their happy hour is offered 3 – 5 pm Wednesday to Saturday and features specials on drinks and delectable appetizers. They are known for their fresh west coast flair and divine cocktails.
Day 3
For your final day, why not take some 'me-time' at Plunge Wellness Studio or Cedar Rock Wellness. You could also join a yin yoga, breathwork, meditation, or sound healing class at BreathWorks Studio. Feel more liking spending time outdoors? A forest-bathing nature walk with Caracopia Tours is great way to experience Squamish's outdoors while learning about the incredible rainforest that surrounds us.
