Flavour Inspired – The Ultimate Sip & Savour Itinerary
Welcome to Squamish, where during Sip & Savour, running November 6–27, 2025, we’re celebrating our local chefs, restaurants, and culinary creativity. Expect multi-course meals, exclusive dining events, and unforgettable flavours. But that’s not all Squamish has to offer — come for the food, stay for the adventure!
Day 1
Start your Squamish adventure with a specialty coffee and something sweet at Fox & Oak. Next, head to the Squamish Estuary for some of the most impressive views in town. This time of year brings an incredible influx of eagles—keep your eyes to the sky as you take in the breathtaking scenery of the Stawamus Chief, Shannon Falls, and Mount Garibaldi.
Ready to take things up a notch? Join Sea to Sky Air for a scenic flight and feel like an eagle soaring over Squamish. Or, take the controls yourself with an introductory flight experience for an unforgettable perspective of the Sea to Sky Corridor.
When it’s time to eat, wrap up your day oceanside at House of Lager, where a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu pairs perfectly with a stein of their signature lager — prost!
For those wanting to stay downtown, check in at the Howe Sound Inn— then enjoy a final pint in the cozy brewpub downstairs before calling it a night.
If you’re craving something more peaceful, Sunwolf Riverside Resort offers charming riverside cabins that feel like a home away from home.
Day 2
Good morning! Whether you’re an early riser or love a slow start, brunch at Crabapple Café never disappoints. Prefer something grab-and-go? Sunflower Bakery will hit the spot just right.
After fueling up, conquer the elements on two wheels. Rent your gear — or even book a private tour or try an e-bike — from Dialed In Cycling. Located close to the trails, it’s the perfect launch point for adventure.
For lunch, stop by Backcountry Brewing, or if you’re after something lighter, pop next door to Tall Tree Bakery. They’re side by side — why not visit both?
In the afternoon, explore the magic of Squamish Canyon. Sunshine or showers, a wander along the boardwalk never disappoints. When the drizzle rolls in, it puts the rain right back into rainforest.
If shopping is more your speed, explore locally owned favourites like Arrow Wood Games, Book Mountain, Green Olive Market & Café, and The Squamish Store at the Squamish Adventure Centre.
As evening settles in, indulge in a Sip & Savour-themed three-course dinner at The Broken Seal or The Salted Vine. While The Broken Seal sits right on the Blind Channel and offers outstanding views, The Salted Vine feels like a warm blanket from the moment you walk in. No outside distractions, just you and your company.
Day 3
Start your day with breakfast at Noshy Café, where you can grab a sandwich and baked goods to snack on throughout the day. The Bean & Co, in the Brackendale neighbourhood, is another great spot to start your morning. In Squamish, your breakfast options are endless.
Before or after breakfast, get moving with a class at FILI Space, or unwind with breathwork at BreathWorks Studio. For a deeper connection to nature, AIKA Spa offers a forest sanctuary to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Refuel at Locavore for a hearty, local meal, or pop into Cloudburst Café next door for a lighter bite.
On sunny days, make your way to Murrin Park for a short yet rewarding hike. The Murrin Park Loop Trail leads to a spectacular viewpoint over Howe Sound. If it’s raining, head to the Britannia Mine Museum — just a 10-minute drive from Squamish — for a fascinating peek into local history.
For dinner, there are multiple options in Britannia Beach. For the more casual diner, Copper Beach Bar + Grill offers a comforting three-course meal. Looking for something different? Autostrada Oyster Bar & Grill knows how to make your taste buds dance.
