Located approximately 15-minutes north of Squamish is a popular swimming hole called Cat Lake where you'll find access to rope swings, wooden rafts, hiking and biking trails as well as 36 forested walk-in campsites.
Getting There:
Take the access road just north of Alice Lake Provincial Park where you’ll find a parking area approximately 3 kilometres east of the Sea to Sky Highway. There is a walk of about one kilometre to reach the campground from the parking area.
Locals Tip:
The area is a busy spot for young campers and can get a bit noisy. If you’re looking for a quieter retreat you may want to visit this particular spot during the week.
