Canadian Downwind Championships

One of the Most Spectacular Courses in the World!

The Canadian Downwind Champs is a point-to-point, mass start, downwind surfski, stand up paddleboard, prone paddleboard, and outrigger canoe race taking place on Howe Sound through the heart of the stunning Sea to Sky corridor. Come and experience some of our famous Canadian hospitality, and the race course that's being called one of the most spectacular courses in the world!

Thursday, July 11th 
“Downwind TED” Talks” with presenter Greg Redman and Lincoln Dews 6.30 – 9 pm at the Squamish Adventure Centre.

Friday, July 12th 
Check out the great food and fun at Norman Rudy’s in Squamish BC for the Sponsor Party, racers can pick up your race plate from 4-6 pm. 

Saturday, July 13th | Race Day
9am: Racer Registration

3:30pm: Expected finish time for most racers

Evening: Attend the after party at Norman Rudy’s
