Spring is a natural reset. It’s a time to clear what feels heavy, refocus your energy, and set practical, aligned intentions for the months ahead.
Join Loretta Cella, Owner of BreathWorks and HeartBreath™ Therapist, for a structured half-day retreat designed to help you reflect, regulate your nervous system, and move into spring with clarity and direction.
What to Expect:
Guided Forest Walk (40 minutes)
We begin outdoors with a silent, guided nature walk and moving meditation in a central Squamish forest location. This time allows you to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect to what matters most.
Journaling & Seasonal Planning
Back in the studio, you’ll work through guided reflection prompts to clarify:
+ What needs to be released
+ What deserves more attention
+ What you want to prioritize this season
Coaching Circle
A focused group discussion with practical tools to help you translate insights into action — personally and professionally.
Yin Yoga & HeartBreath™
We close with yin yoga and a guided HeartBreath™ session to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and anchor your intentions physically.
