Solace & Sanctuary
Experience the powerful combination of breath, qigong, and ceremonial tea
Solace & Sanctuary - An Introductory Workshop in Integration, Self-Healing & Transformational Qigong
An evening of tea, breath, and Transformational Qigong designed to help the nervous system settle, the body soften, and a deeper sense of balance return.
There comes a point when doing more begins to yield less—when effort, intensity, and constant output no longer bring clarity, but instead create noise. Solace & Sanctuary is an evening created for that moment.
This workshop offers a grounded, experiential introduction to Transformational Qigong, integrative breathwork, and ceremonial tea sharing. The emphasis is on integration, nervous system regulation, and self-healing through presence, awareness, and consistency rather than force or performance.
Rooted in a Taoist water-path tradition, the practice invites participants into a slower, more natural rhythm. Simple qigong movements are taught with depth and precision, allowing each person to engage at their own level of awareness and capacity. Breathwork is applied in an integrative way to support settling, coherence, and the unification of movement, stillness, and attention.
Rather than chasing peak experiences, participants are guided to sense more clearly, soften unnecessary effort, and discover how much change can occur when energy is no longer being forced. Solace & Sanctuary stands fully on its own as a complete experience, while also serving as a clear entry point and foundation for those curious about deeper work in the healing arts.
