Join Katie Lavelle, of Earth and Fibre Studio and Loretta Cella for a deeply intentional two-evening experience that weaves together clay, ritual, cacao, breathwork, sound immersion, and community.

Designed as a sacred and grounding journey, this intimate gathering invites participants to create a ceremonial cupl by hand and then return weeks later to receive from it in a powerful heart-opening cacao ceremony.

Because of the intimate nature of this experience, spaces are very limited, so make sure to sign up.
 

Program

Evening One — Crafting your Ceremonial Cup

Location: Earth and Fibre Studio
Date: September 19 | 6:30–8:30 PM

Guided by artisan potter Katie Lavelle, participants will hand-build their own ceremonial cacao cup in a warm and intentional studio setting.
Katie’s work is rooted in intuition, care, and ceremony, creating space for each participant to infuse their cup with personal meaning and intention.

The evening will begin with a gentle clearing ritual and intention-setting practice before moving into the creative process of shaping clay by hand. Participants will select their glaze colour, and Katie will finish and fire each piece before the second gathering.

No pottery experience is needed. Only a willingness to slow down, create, and connect.

Tea and music will accompany the evening.

Evening Two — Sacred Session: Sound Immersion Breathwork + Cacao Ceremony

Location: BreathWorks Studio
Date: October 10th | 7:30–9:30 PM (new moon)

Participants will gather again in ceremony at BreathWorks Studio, where their completed handcrafted cups will be waiting for them to use for the evening’s cacao ritual. A carefully curated ceremonial atmosphere will support the evening.

This immersive Sacred Session led by Loretta includes:

- Ceremonial cacao
- Somatic breathwork
- Sound immersion
- Guided energy healing
- Grounding reflection and connection

Using the cup you created with your own hands becomes part of the ceremony itself, transforming the cup into more than an object, but a meaningful container for intention, presence, and remembrance.

This experience is designed to support nervous system restoration, heart connection, emotional release, and deeper communion with self and community.

Includes both evenings, all materials, firing + glazing of your handcrafted ceremonial cup, and the full sound immersion cacao ceremony experience, plus an perosnallized channeled message to support your intentions and next steps.
