Drag performers will transform Squamish's Britannia Mine Museum into the province’s biggest drag runway
After the success of the inaugural event last year, 'Old Town, New Queens' returns on June 22nd 2024

'Old Town, New Queens: The Boys Are Back In Town' is an after hours event that will take place in the historic Mill No. 3, an enormous copper concentrator that celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. Join them for an unforgettable evening of drag! Prepare for a fierce and fabulous spin on the museum experience.
Local drag superstars will lead an all star cast of drag queens, drag kings and drag things through fierce lip sync numbers inspired by all things 'mine safety'.
Outside of show time, guests will enjoy access to the Museum site including their feature summer exhibit about Mine Safety.
Tickets include access to two drag shows in the Mill and access to lower site Museum exhibits, including the gold panning station and summer feature exhibition.
Babas House Kitchen Food truck and non-alcoholic drink service will be on site; this is a dry event.
