Kid's first spin at the wheel @ Create Makerspace

New to clay? This one-session class is the perfect introduction to the pottery wheel for kids.

Over two fun, hands-on hours, your child will learn the basics of wheel throwing, make up to two simple cylinder forms, and discover the joy of working with their hands and getting a little messy along the way. Every student is guided through each step as a group and Create Makerspace's instructors make sure every child feels confident and supported throughout the class.

It's a drop-off session, so kids get to enjoy their own creative space while you take a well-earned break. After class, they'll take care of the trimming and glazing so your child can simply enjoy the experience. You kid will choose from a few glaze colours and pick up their finished pieces a few weeks later, ready to show off at home.
