International Women's Day Wellness Event

Come connect, relax, and recharge through intentional self-care and community.

Celebrate International Women’s Day in a welcoming, heart-centred space designed for connection, nourishment, and meaningful community. Hosted at BreathWorks Studio, this special in-person gathering invites women to pause, reconnect, and explore wellness through conversation, gentle movement, and restorative practices.

Loretta Cella, Owner of BreathWorks Studio and Founder of Passion to Lead Society, will open the morning by sharing insights from her work supporting more than 6,000 girls and women across 14 countries, and the impact of matriarchal leadership in creating healthier, more sustainable communities. Together, participants will move into a guided tea conversation exploring empowerment, resilience, and collective wellbeing.

The experience continues with gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, and soft breathwork, offering space to regulate the nervous system, deepen connection, and leave feeling grounded and restored.

This event is offered by donation (minimum $30), with 100% of proceeds supporting Passion to Lead Society’s work with children and youth across the Sea-to-Sky region, fostering emotional wellbeing, leadership development, and access to meaningful wellness programs. Donations over $50 are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
