Join Loretta Cella for a heart-centred gathering that brings together ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and mediumship in an invitation to reconnect with yourself, explore your intuitive awareness, and experience the possibilities of connection beyond the thinking mind.

You'll begin with cacao, creating space to slow down, arrive in the present moment, and set an intention for our time together. From there, you’ll move into guided heart-centred meditation and an exploration of extrasensory awareness and mediumship.

This is an opportunity to become curious about the subtle ways we experience connection—with ourselves, with one another, and with what may lie beyond our ordinary senses.

You don’t need experience with meditation, cacao, or mediumship. You don’t need to believe in anything in particular. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Begin with a warm cup of cacao and an intentional pause to settle into your body, connect with your heart, and arrive in the space.

Explore the subtle ways you perceive, sense, and experience information beyond your usual awareness, with space for curiosity rather than expectation.
