Blood Bowl: Learn to Play @ Arrow Wood Games
Time to get your hands dirty! This three hour Learn to Play will get new players (or Coaches, in Blood Bowl-speak) primed and ready to launch their own Blood Bowl team. Arrow Wood's in-house Blood Bowl expert, Sam, will guide you through the gameplay and strategy you need to get started. Beginner-friendly loaner teams will be available for use during the event. Note that matches are unlikely to be played to completion during the event, as you’ll be moving at a beginner-friendly pace. Nonetheless, you can expect to leave armed with the basics and ready to join your next event– Skills & Drills or a Scrimmage Night!
Considering joining the league this winter? The fall Blood Bowl events are the perfect on-ramp. Practice your tactics, meet other players, and start thinking about the perfect colour scheme for your team!

What is Blood Bowl?
Blood Bowl is a tabletop strategy game of fantasy football played with mini figures from the Warhammer universe. Players act as the Coach for their gritty team of (mini) fantasy warriors in a world where conflicts are settled on the pitch, not the battlefield! Often played in a league format, Blood Bowl games have lasting impact, with team members receiving grievous injuries that carry into future games. Coaches manage their team roster season to season, leveling players up through game experience and achievements.
