Refresh your puzzle library with our second annual puzzle swap! Please note, this is a first come first served event.
September 20 - October 4th
Drop your preloved puzzles at Arrow Wood Games. Receive one token per puzzle.
October 5th at 12:00pm
Come browse the used puzzle market and swap your tokens for new (to you) puzzles! Every token you received may be exchanged for one used puzzle.
Puzzle Requirements
- High quality puzzles (brands like Cobble Hill, Heye, or Nathan)
- Clean, gently used, and complete
- 500 pieces or more
- In their original box
- They can not accept any more Squamish Rotary Club puzzles!
- No seasonal (e.g., Christmas or Easter) puzzles
Before dropping off your puzzles please ensure:
- Pieces are in a ziploc bag
- The box is wrapped with an elastic band

On swap day, enjoy a selection of new puzzles that will be on sale for up to 50%. One day only!
Fine Print
- Limit 5 puzzles per person
- No holiday themed puzzles, please
- Puzzle tokens may be used to get $2 off any new puzzle in store if you can't find a used puzzle to love (arrive early to avoid this)
- Un-swapped puzzles will be donated to Pearls after the event
Starting Thanksgiving weekend, The Backyard will be serving up their famous roast in giant yorkshire puddings again. Try their classic roast beef or turkey breast (vegetarian option available)

Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration: This Halloween, Britannia Mine Museum comes alive in a dazzling display of colour and activities, featuring lively music, captivating storytelling, an immersive underground tour, and playful experiences for all ages.
Dates: October - 18, 19, 25, and 26; November - 1 and 2
Times: Seven special tours from 10 am to 3 pm
Cost: 4 and under are free, 5-17 years: $25, 18 and up: $30

U-Pick Dahlia Experience

This Imperial Pumpkin Ale has a whole new look, but the same infamous flavour - brewed with real pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger & cloves, it’s fall in a can.

The bartenders at Raincity HAD to embrace the wonderful tasting notes of the season with this delightful cocktail.
Harvest Moon Cocktail: A cozy fall sipper with a kick, this cocktail blends Lot 40 Rye, Reposado Tequila, and Raincity Ratafia with cranberry juice and spiced pumpkin puree, shaken silky with egg white and topped with toasted caster sugar for a warm, autumn-spiced finish.
Come and taste the flavour of the season, talk bikes, and enjoy!
Specialty Drink: Pumpkin Spiced Chai Latte- made with chai, pumpkin spice syrup, and topped with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Can be made with a shot of espresso, and is available with alternative milks.
Halloween at the Sea to Sky Gondola
Head up the Sea to Sky Gondola on Sunday, October 26th from 12PM-3PM for their annual trick or treat Halloween festivities!
Costume-clad trick-or-treaters of all ages are welcome to visit the Sea to Sky Gondola for seasonal surprises around the Alpine Alley trail.
A special family-friendly menu will be offered in the cafe including:
- Spooky cookies
- Gory donuts
- Frightful fruit (with marshmallows)
- Pumpkin pie
- Gingerbread skeletons
- Spiced pumpkin soup

Fall into creativity at Squamish ArtWalk!
With new dates this autumn (Oct 1 - Nov 4), attend a variety of workshops and events in a month long celebration of visual art and artists in Squamish.
ArtWalk invites the community to celebrate a month of creativity through four exciting elements designed to showcase local talent and bring people closer to the arts. From open artist studios to hands-on workshops, artist conversations, and an Anonymous Art Show, ArtWalk offers a variety of opportunities for everyone.
Highlights of ArtWalk 2025 include: Free Arts Workshops, ArtTalks, Open Studios (October 18 & 19) and Anonymous Art Show.
Thanksgiving Ramble: Saturday, October 11th Head out on a Little Cedars Canyon Ramble. Adventure further with a playful scavenger hunt along the boardwalk. Be sure to pick up your free Play Pack at check-in. Continue the fun with crafts in the Forest Lounge. A hosted craft table will be open October 11th and 12th from 10a.m till 3p.m.
Movies on the Boardwalk: October 18th & 19th Enjoy a different surprise spooky movie each day at 2PM. Free with price of admission (family friendly).
Mini Pumpkin Patch: October 25th & 26th from 10a.m till 4p.m you can pick your own pumpkin, carve a spooky (or silly) creation, and enjoy festive face painting in the Forest Lounge. Pumpkins are available for $5 at the Little Retail Shop or get one free pumpkin with the purchase of a family ticket.
Halloween: October 31st Swing by the check-in desk and show off your Halloween costume to get a free ticket to the boardwalk experience, then cruise the boardwalk for trick-or-treating.

Head down to the Squamish Farmers' Market in downtown Squamish and discover an array of fresh fall fruits and vegetables as well as baked goodies, flowers, pantry items, artisanal creations, meats and more! On Saturday's from 10AM to 3PM.
These local vendors have everything you need to craft a diverse and delicious autumn meal or Thanksgiving feast.
Always a mainstay for seasonal flavours and baked goods of the best kind, swing by Sunflower Bakery or Noshy Cafe in downtown Squamish to try their Pumpkin Spice Scone, plus other seasonal goodies like pumpkin donuts and pies (now taking pre-orders for Thanksgiving!) baked fresh in store.
