Find Your Element – Terms & Conditions
The Find Your Element Voucher (“Voucher”) is offered by Tourism Squamish as part of the 2026–27 Find Your Element campaign. By receiving or using a Voucher, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
The Voucher offer is available exclusively to guests who book a minimum two-night stay with a participating accommodation partner in Squamish during the eligible campaign period of October 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027, inclusive.
Only bookings made through participating accommodation providers and qualifying booking channels are eligible.
Each eligible booking will receive $100 CAD in Find Your Element Vouchers, issued as two (2) $50 Vouchers per qualifying stay, unless otherwise specified.
The two (2) $50 Vouchers are issued per eligible booking, not per guest.
Vouchers will be provided by the participating accommodation provider and are valid only in connection with the registered guest stay.
Vouchers are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmed accommodation booking does not guarantee receipt of Vouchers once available allocations have been exhausted.
Voucher Format and Use
Each Find Your Element Voucher has a promotional value of $50 CAD and contains a unique code.
Each Voucher may be redeemed once only. The two Vouchers associated with an eligible stay may be used separately and do not need to be redeemed at the same participating business.
The two (2) $50 Vouchers may be redeemed separately or combined in a single eligible transaction for a total promotional value of $100 CAD.
Duplicate, copied, altered, or fraudulent Vouchers may be refused. Tourism Squamish reserves the right to cancel any Voucher where misuse, duplication, or fraud is suspected.
Validity Period
Vouchers are valid for redemption between October 15, 2026 to March 31, 2027, inclusive.
All Vouchers must be redeemed within the applicable campaign period. Unused Vouchers will expire after the campaign end date and will not be honoured or extended.
Where Vouchers Can Be Used
Vouchers may be redeemed only at participating Tourism Squamish member businesses offering eligible experiences, services, dining or other approved Find Your Element offerings.
Participating businesses and eligible offers may change throughout the campaign. A current list of participating businesses will be available online.
Redemption is subject to each participating business’s availability, operating hours, capacity and any applicable booking or redemption conditions.
Eligible and Excluded Purchases
Vouchers are intended to encourage guests to experience more of Squamish during their stay.
Vouchers may be redeemed at participating Tourism Squamish member businesses. Vouchers may be used toward eligible products, services, experiences, rentals and in-venue food and beverage purchases, subject to the exclusions below.
Vouchers may not be used for:
accommodation or additional hotel charges;
general retail purchases;
gift cards or gift certificates;
gratuities;
takeaway or delivery food or groceries;
off-sales alcohol; or
any other products or services identified as excluded by Tourism Squamish or the participating business.
Redemption
The Voucher must be presented at the time of purchase or redemption.
The $50 CAD Voucher value will be applied before applicable taxes. Any remaining purchase balance and applicable taxes must be paid by the guest.
Each Voucher must be used in a single transaction. No change, cash, credit or residual balance will be provided if the full $50 value is not used.
Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the Voucher value, the guest is responsible for paying the difference.
No Cash Value
Vouchers have no cash value, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards.
Unused or partially unused Voucher value cannot be refunded, carried forward or transferred to another Voucher.
Availability
Experiences, services and eligible offers are subject to availability.
Tourism Squamish does not guarantee the availability of any particular participating business, experience, service or booking.
Tourism Squamish is not responsible for weather conditions, closures, cancellations, capacity limitations or other circumstances affecting the availability of participating businesses or experiences.
If a preferred business or experience is unavailable, guests may redeem their Voucher with another participating provider during the eligible redemption period.
Non-Transferable
Vouchers are intended for use by guests associated with the qualifying accommodation booking and may not be resold, duplicated or exchanged for value.
Lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced.
Participating Businesses
The list of participating businesses may be updated at any time.
Participating businesses may apply reasonable booking or redemption conditions to their eligible offers, including availability requirements, advance booking requirements, minimum purchase requirements, blackout periods or service exclusions, where applicable.
Other Promotions
Vouchers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers unless expressly permitted by the participating business.
General Conditions
Tourism Squamish reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Find Your Element Voucher program, participating business list, eligible offers or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
Misuse of a Voucher may result in cancellation without compensation.
