Lil Chef Bistro is a hidden gem of Squamish, tucked away behind Garibaldi Village on Tantalus Road. Known for their house-made items such as real english muffins, sausages and spaetzle, they serve European inspired comfort food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Try their famous schnitzel and spaetzle, french onion soup, sausages, sandwiches, breakfast platters and pasta.

The team at Lil Chef grinds and smokes their own meats, ferments their own sauerkraut and make their own sauces, toppings and baked goods from scratch.
