3-Day Getaway for Foodie Friends

3-Day Getaway For Foodie Friends

Got a craving to getaway and dine on delicious food other than your own cooking (or regular take away spot)? Squamish has a thriving dining scene that doesn’t disappoint!

Start your day with a rich coffee and gourmet treats, snack from food trucks and local eateries, and round it out with divine wine and world class food. Don’t worry, we worked in an activity or two to burn some calories so you can enjoy it all guilt-free.

DO:

We've lined up a slew of awesome restaurants so you can nibble, dine, sip and graze your way around Squamish, but while you're here why not take in a few sights? There room to roam and lots to see and do while you let your meals settle so you can dive into the next dish.

Zoom to the top of a glorious mountain then go for a wander, enjoy the views followed by delectable plate or two at the Sky Pilot Restaurant. Take in the epic landscape of Howe Sound while you sip wine or craft beer and munch on West Coast inspired dishes.

BRITANNIA MINE MUSEUM

The Britannia Mine Museum makes for an easy going afternoon as you walk the grounds, rumble along on the underground tour, take in the BOOM! show and learn about local history while you digest your morning indulgences. Check out the Chatterbox Café that's on site if you've worked up your appetite again before the tour is through.
